Ngalmun Lagau Minaral (Our Island Designs) is a Torres Strait Islander owned and governed art centre located on Moa Island in the Torres Strait, which became incorporated in December 2009. The focus of the centre is to enable the expression and renewal of cultural practices and to preserve and promote Torres Strait Island arts, crafts and culture on Moa Island.

Located in the western group of islands, Moa is one of the largest in the in the Torres Strait. The island is home to the communities of Kubin and St Pauls, consisting of approximately 220 to 260 residents respectively. Ngalmun Lagau Minaral is located in the community of Kubin, and services artists residing in both communities.

The establishment of Ngalmun Lagau Minaral has resulted in a major increase in talented Moa artists. More experienced artists such as Solomon Booth, Flora Joe, Victor Motlop, Alice Namok and Angela Torenbeek are rapidly gaining national recognition for their unique work. Reflecting their strong cultural traditions and expressions, the Moa artists are producing works using a range of visual and creative mediums including printmaking, etching, jewellery, weaving and carving.

All income generated from the sale of artwork is directly returned to the Ngalmun Lagau Minaral artists, with a small proportion reinvested back into the art centre for maintenance and the supply of art materials. The artists of Ngalmun Lagau Minaral have a strong cultural focus and continue to draw on their rich cultural heritage to produce unique pieces. Their artwork is regularly exhibited in the Gab Titui Cultural Centre's Wabunaw Geth Gallery and is also available for purchase through the Gab Titui Gallery Shop.
